The 2015 Richmond Theatre Artists Fund Calendar was released at the RTCC Awards earlier this month. This is the third year for the calendar, and since this year’s theme is Hollywood Glamour,  I was beyond thrilled when Liz Hopper agreed to costume our leading ladies. Here are a few of them.

I love shooting actors!

I’m not sure how many people read this blog – not many is my guess since I’m terrible about updating it.  In fact, this post is really from January 2012.  I’ll catch up one of these days.

Anyway… We’d had a rather stressful holiday, so  Ginnie arranged a weekend away.  We drove to Baltimore on a Friday night and had dinner at this great Italian restaurant (in Little Italy, of course).  Interestingly, at the next table sat a group of Fratboy Priests.  There was a lot of wine and interesting conversation – at their table and ours.

On Saturday, we went to Boordy Vineyards.  They had a lovely fire pit outside, live music, and some really nice wine!  We’re definitely going back.

On our way out, we saw this and had to check it out.

This guy lived here.

And this one.

And who goes to Baltimore and doesn’t end up at the Harbour?  We had sushi and something called a Tsunami, which was really yummy.

I took a lot of pictures at while we were there.  Here are a few of them.

A photo blog?! Amazing! Came here to see about headshots, and was just inspired. Breathtaking work, truly.

This was my favorite session from last year.  Allison Gilman’s family owns a farm in Glen Allen, and we did her senior portraits there.  It was so fun to have cows, barns, fences, silos, and beautiful fields as a backdrop.  We loved the cows the most!

Maybe this year, I’ll shoot you! Check out my seniors page for pricing.

My niece, Emma, who lives in Northern Virginia, is on a traveling soccer team.  Several months ago, her team traveled to Richmond to play our Strikers.  The Strikers got their butts kicked, but there was a lot shoving and kicking on both sides!  Who knew 9 year old girls could be so brutal?
